We know it sounds a little patronising, but vacuuming your carpet isn’t as simple as you think (and you might find out you’ve been doing it wrong for all of these years)!
- You should never vacuum in both directions
- You should always let your vacuum bag fill up completely before emptying
- Vacuum slowly, not quickly (we know it isn’t the best job in the world, but bare with it!)
- Always use the crevice tool on your room edges
- Don’t wait for your carpet to look dirty- clean it weekly
- Make sure you dust beforehand so when you hoover you pick everything up!
